Key ResponsibilitiesChild Care & Safety

- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in the day care program.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment .
- Assist children with daily routines such as meals, nap time, and hygiene.

Learning & Activities

- Plan and conduct simple educational and play-based activities suitable for young children.
- Encourage social, emotional, and creative development .
- Organize storytelling, arts and crafts, games, and fun learning activities.

Parent Communication

- Communicate with parents about children’s daily activities, behavior, and progress .
- Address parent concerns politely and professionally.

Classroom Management

- Maintain attendance and activity records for day care children.
- Ensure toys, materials, and play areas are organized and hygienic.
- Coordinate with other teachers and staff when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass ; Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori preferred.




- 1-3 years experience in daycare, preschool, or childcare environment preferred, Freshers can also Apply.
- Patient, caring, and energetic personality.
- Ability to manage young children with love and discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Basic understanding of child safety and hygiene.

Preferred Qualities

- Experience working in preschools or daycare centers .
- Creative skills such as storytelling, music, crafts, or activity planning.
- Warm and friendly personality with strong responsibility toward children.
