Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct teacher trainings
- Monitor implementation in government schools
- Coordinate with block & district officials
- Drive meaningful impact in thousands of children’s lives

Requirements :



✔ Self-motivated & independent ✔ Own 2-wheeler for field visits ✔ Solid Hindi communication & public speaking skills ✔ Basic MS Office & Zoom knowledge ✔ Willing to travel to Lucknow HO (2-3 times/year) ✔ Proficiency in spoken English ✔ Resident of specified districts/blocks

Qualification : Any Bachelor’s degree (Education/Management/Social Work preferred) Experience : NGO/Education/Field work preferred Salary : ₹20,000-₹30,000 (Negotiable) Local travel reimbursement as per policy.
