Job Description: Job Description: State Outreach Coordinator - Schools (Karnataka)

Position Overview

The State Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for driving school partnerships, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement across Karnataka for the e-learning initiative. The role focuses on expanding outreach, ensuring smooth deployment, and maximizing program impact at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Outreach & Partnerships

- Identify and onboard schools (government & private) across Karnataka
- Build relationships with school management, principals, and education departments
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and awareness sessions

2. Program Implementation

- Coordinate promotion of e-learning videos on Smart TVs, Desktop, Phones and Tablets via YouTube & LMS Sign Call & Volunteering initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of project activities in schools
- Monitor installation, usage, and adoption

3. Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with:

- School authorities

- District/state education officials

- CSR partners and NGOs

- Maintain strong communication and reporting channels

4. Monitoring & Reporting

- Track progress against targets (schools onboarded, usage, impact)
- Submit weekly/monthly reports
- Document success stories, case studies, and testimonials

5. Training & Capacity Building

- Conduct teacher orientations and training sessions




- Support schools in effective use of LMS and digital content
- Address queries and provide ongoing support

6. Field Operations

- Travel extensively across Karnataka districts
- Conduct field visits, audits, and impact assessments

Key Requirements

Education

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Education, Social Work, Management, or related field)

Experience

- 2-4 years in:

- Education projects / CSR programs

- School outreach / field coordination

- NGO / development sector -Preferred

Skills

- Solid communication (English + Kannada mandatory)
- Stakeholder engagement & relationship building
- Project coordination & reporting
- Basic tech understanding (LMS, digital tools)
- Problem-solving & adaptability

Other Requirements

- Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka
- Two-wheeler / travel flexibility preferred

- Timely implementation of milestones
- Quality of reporting and documentation
