Location : ECHOS Hotel, Tapovan - Rishikesh

Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)

Experience Required : Minimum 2-5 Years (Hotel Front Office Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and experienced Front Desk Executive who can independently handle front office operations, manage guest interactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2-5 years of hotel front desk experience :

- Fluent in English (mandatory) - must handle international guests confidently

- Experience in PMS software (IDS / Opera / eZee preferred)

- Strong guest handling and communication skills

- Professional grooming and attitude

- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Operations





- Manage check-in and check-out process smoothly
- Handle walk-ins, direct bookings, and OTA reservations
- Maintain accurate billing and payment records
- Ensure proper room allocation and coordination

Guest Experience

- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and premium guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Ensure quick resolution of guest issues

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain daily reports and shift handovers
- Ensure lobby presentation and front desk discipline

Revenue Contribution

- Upsell room categories and services
- Encourage direct bookings and reduce OTA dependency
- Experience in 3-star / 4-star hotel preferred
- Strong operational and practical knowledge
- Calm, solution-oriented, and responsible
- Team player with leadership potential

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
