1. Customer Service

- Greet customers warmly when they enter the outlet.
- Assist customers in choosing menu items and explain products when required.
- Ensure a friendly and positive interaction with every guest.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

- Order Taking & Billing

- Accurately take customer orders at the counter.
- Enter orders into the POS system correctly.
- Generate bills and ensure correct pricing and items.
- Process payments through cash, UPI, card, or other payment modes.
- Provide correct change and receipts to customers.

- Cash Handling

- Maintain responsibility for the cash counter during the shift.
- Ensure cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of shift.
- Report discrepancies immediately to the supervisor/manager.
- Follow all company policies related to billing and cash handling.

- Coordination with Kitchen/Service Team

- Communicate customer orders clearly to the preparation team.
- Ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Verify that the correct items are handed to customers.





- Cleanliness & Presentation

- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and POS station.
- Ensure menu displays and promotional materials are properly placed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

- Sales & Upselling

- Suggest add-ons, combos, or popular menu items to customers.
- Promote recent products and ongoing offers.
- Help increase average order value through smart upselling.

- Store Operations Support

- Assist with basic outlet tasks when required (serving, packing, etc.).
- Ensure takeaway orders are packed properly.
- Support the team during rush hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
