Cashier / Billing Executive

Location : Navi Mumbai - Airoli Industry : Retail (Lifestyle / Consumer Products) Salary Range : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Depending on Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cashier/Billing Executive with strong accounting knowledge to manage billing operations, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle billing operations using POS systems with high accuracy
- Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes efficiently
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain zero discrepancy
- Maintain records of sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Ensure compliance with accounting and audit requirements
- Coordinate with Store Manager for daily sales reporting
- Maintain petty cash and track expenses (if required)
- Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation
- Ensure fast and smooth checkout experience for customers

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate Mandatory (Commerce / Accounts Preferred)
- Experience:



1-4 years in cashiering/retail accounts/billing

Core Skills Required

- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and billing software
- Good knowledge of Excel (basic formulas and reports)
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Honest, reliable, and process-driven attitude

Preferred Profile

- Experience in retail store cashiering
- Familiarity with GST billing basics
- Ability to handle high transaction volumes during peak hours
