Role Overview: We are hiring an ORM Agent - Customer Service for a leading Media / Digital organization. This role involves handling customer communication and managing brand reputation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions & feedback

Perform sentiment analysis & identify reputation risks

Maintain CRM records and case lifecycle

Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills : Strong English written communication (MANDATORY)

Knowledge of CRM tools & case tracking

Understanding of digital trends & customer behavior

Media / OTT / Digital industry exposure is a PLUS
