Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with product-related queries, order coordination, and basic support activities. This role is suitable for freshers or interns who are interested in customer interaction, coordination, and learning about industrial products. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide general product guidance and assist customers in understanding suitable options
- Support order processing, invoicing, and coordination with internal teams
- Assist in tracking deliveries and maintaining order-related records
- Handle customer feedback and support issue resolution through proper coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with the preparation of basic reports for internal review




- Coordinate with logistics or support teams when required
- Follow company processes to ensure timely and accurate communication

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Any qualification (graduates, freshers, or interns may apply)
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (local language knowledge is a plus)
- Willingness to learn customer support and coordination processes
