Job TItle : Customer Care Executive: Domestic Process

Location : Noida, Sector-60 (Work from office)

Education : Must be a Graduate

Experience : (Graduates with 06 months experience) or (Graduate Freshers can apply)

Shift Timings : Process 01 : Shift is 24*7 for both Males & Females (Any 10-hour shift)

Process 02 : (5 AM to 2 AM -Males) & (6 AM to 8 PM- Females) (Any 9-hour shift)

Process 03 : (5 AM to 1 AM -Males) & (6 AM to 8 PM- Females) (Any 9 hour shift)

Responsibilities :

- Handle customer interactions in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined SLAs
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as per process guidelines
- Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, and productivity targets




- Handle customer objections, de-escalate irate callers, and ensure positive resolution
- Stay updated with process changes, product updates, and training modules
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality teams
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
