CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

A reputed branding & communications design agency working with industry leading brands is searching for a smart-thinking, organised individual with a passion for building solid relationships and promoting customer satisfaction.

Duties :

- Client Management: Client service on an operational level to ensure
- smooth delivery of work through systematic planning
- Coordination: Liaison closely with internal teams to ensure output as per brief and timeline
- Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of communications strategy (offline and online) to build the client’s brand cohesively
- Reports: Prepare and maintain status reports, communications calendar and competition insights
- Build: Recent business opportunities with existing clients to ensure growth and retention

Desired





- 3-4 years experience in an Advertising /Digital Marketing / PR Agency
- Strong understanding of digital media
- Outstanding communication skills

POSITION

- Full time (in-office); location: Gurgaon (Sector 51)
- Salary - based on experience and above industry standard
