Key Responsibilities :

- Manage security guards across assigned sites
- Ensure attendance, discipline, uniform, and smooth shift operations
- Conduct regular site visits and surprise checks
- Handle guard absenteeism and arrange replacements
- Coordinate with clients and resolve issues, maintain records
- Support guards with operational concerns and escalate when required
- Maintain attendance, site reports, and basic compliance records
- Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies

We are looking for

- Graduate preferred
- 2-5 years experience in security services or field operations
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle security teams with discipline and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of compliance and reporting
- Ready to work in a fast-paced 24×7 operations setting

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
