Job Title: Client Advisor

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers, understanding their preferences and requirements.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling guidance.
- Deliver a premium luxury shopping experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of jewellery collections, diamonds, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, repairs, and after-sales service professionally.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure showroom presentation standards are maintained.
- Assist with billing, inventory coordination, and daily store operations.

Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in jewellery,



luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience handling HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients.
- Graduate degree preferred. Fluency in English and local language.
