Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management : Building lasting relationships, providing customer support, and addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the entire sales and post-sales lifecycle.
- Lead and Property Management : Tracking leads, managing listings, and utilizing the CRM software to organize client and property data.
- Process Facilitation : Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other departments to manage property transactions, payments, loan processing, and fit-out processes.
- Post-Sales Support : Handling client queries, complaints, and providing assistance with property handovers, fit-outs, and after-sales services.
- CRM System Management : Utilizing CRM software for data accuracy, smooth workflows, and generating reports on client interactions and sales performance.
- Team Collaboration and Training : Working with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals and training staff on customer service standards.

Required Skills and Experience

- Communication :



Solid verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills : Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data from the CRM to identify trends, generate insights, and improve customer experiences.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with real estate CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Industry Knowledge : Prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in post-sales or CRM roles.

Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 PM

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
