Position : Telecaller Location : Bais Godam, Jaipur Experience : - 6 months-1 year Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements :

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheet, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
