Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field activities and direct customer interaction
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
- Lead, guide, and support team members for better productivity

- Conduct market visits and identify new growth opportunities
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer service
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and leadership skills




- Experience in field sales and team handling preferred
- Ability to work under target-based environment
- Good networking and relationship-building skills
