We are seeking a CRM & Marketing Executive to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and marketing activities for our business. The role focuses on lead management, client communication, and promoting of our services effectively.

Responsibilities :

- Manage wedding inquiries, leads, and client data in the CRM
- Handle follow-ups, bookings, and client coordination
- Support marketing campaigns for wedding services and packages
- Coordinate social media promotions and content scheduling
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of wedding services and customer journey
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
