Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive who will connect with potential customers, understand their home service needs (home inspection, seepage/leakage issues, painting, plumbing, etc.), and convert leads into bookings. The role requires robust communication, problem understanding, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Calling

- Call inbound and outbound leads from campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.)

- Explain services like:

- Home Inspection (Pre-purchase, maintenance)

- Seepage & Leakage Detection

- Painting Services

- Plumbing Repairs

- Understand customer problems and suggest relevant solutions

2. Sales Conversion

- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Share pricing, offers, and service benefits
- Handle objections and close sales effectively

3. Customer Consultation

- Ask the right questions to diagnose issues (e.g., seepage source, plumbing problem, etc.)
- Educate customers on why inspection is required before repair
- Build trust and position company as expert

4. CRM & Follow-ups

- Update all calls, leads, and status in CRM
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain lead pipeline and conversion tracking

Coordination

- Coordinate with operations team for scheduling inspections/services
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed jobs

Key Skills Required

- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Strong convincing & negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of home services (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle customer objections
- Comfortable with calling tools, CRM, and WhatsApp

Preferred Profile

- Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
- Experience in home services, real estate, or repair industry is a plus
- Target-driven and result-oriented

Salary & Incentives

Pay: ₹8,815.99 - ₹38,000.00 per month
