We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure excellent guest service experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome guests and assist them during check-in and check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B;, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Ensure VIP guest handling and special arrangements
- Maintain guest records and update CRM/system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Upselling of hotel services (room upgrades, packages, dining offers)
- Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance

Skills & Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant personality with valuable grooming standard
- Immediate joiners preferred

Qualification :

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
- Freshers or 1-2 years experience in hotel or hospitality industry

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
