We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Store In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our store and ensure a smooth, customer-focused retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the store , ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Set and achieve sales targets and implement strategies to maximize store revenue.
- Perform daily accounting activities , including reconciliation of transactions and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Monitor inventory levels , manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Streamline and optimize store processes to improve operational efficiency.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining a welcoming store setting.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in retail management or store operations.
- Experience in kids retail, baby products, or lifestyle stores will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills .

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
