THE ROLE A Telecaller in an Online Travel Agency (OTA) serves as the primary voice of the brand, bridging the gap between digital listings and customer bookings. Their role generally splits into two categories :Travel Sales (converting leads into holiday packages) and Travel Support (assisting with existing reservations).

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Lead Management : Reach out to potential customers to promote travel products, including domestic/international holiday packages, hotel stays, and flight deals.
- Customized Itinerary Planning : Understand customer preferences, budgets, and needs to design and suggest tailored travel itineraries.
- Booking Fulfillment : Handle end-to-end sales processes from initial inquiry to final payment and booking confirmation.
- Customer Support : Resolve queries and complaints regarding flight cancellations, rebooking, refunds, and visa requirements.
- Database Management :



Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in a CRM system or Excel.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and sales conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education : Typically a High School Diploma or Graduation; a degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality is often preferred.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written skills in English and the local regional language (e.g., Hindi) are mandatory.
- Sales Acumen : Solid persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills to convert "warm" or "cold" leads.
- Technical Proficiency : Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools .
- Personal Attributes : Patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
