About the Role

Renwik Media LLP is hiring Telecallers / Tele-Executives to support the Eternal Excellence Global Awards (EEGA) — a premium global awards platform for the jewellery industry.

The role involves outbound calling to jewellery retailers, manufacturers, designers, and service providers for:

- Award nominations
- Voting participation
- Event invitations & confirmations

This is a high-interaction role requiring professionalism, clarity, and confidence while engaging with senior industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Nomination & Participation Calling

- Reach out to jewellery retailers, manufacturers, designers, and service providers
- Explain EEGA award categories, benefits, and nomination process
- Guide participants on how to submit nominations
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups

Voting & Engagement Calling

- Inform eligible voters about the voting process and timelines
- Encourage fair participation while maintaining neutrality
- Answer basic queries related to voting eligibility and process

Event & Invitation Calling

- Call invited guests for event attendance confirmation
- Coordinate RSVP details for VVIPs, nominees, and partners




- Share event logistics and basic information as required

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi; regional languages a plus)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer engagement, or sales calling preferred
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners & decision-makers
- Professional phone etiquette and polite persuasion skills
- Comfortable working with CRM sheets, Google Forms, and call trackers
- Interest in jewellery, luxury, events, or media is an advantage

Experience

- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or outbound calling
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- (Timings may vary slightly during peak calling periods)

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,181.46 - ₹32,106.87 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week
