Retail Store Associate (3 Positions)

Location : Navi Mumbai - Airoli Industry : Retail (Lifestyle / Consumer Products) Salary Range : ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (Depending on Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Associates to deliver an excellent in-store experience. The role involves assisting customers, managing merchandise, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in stock replenishment
- Support store opening and closing activities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience:



2-3 years in retail/customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

Skills Required

- Good communication skills (English + Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
- Customer-first attitude
- Basic understanding of retail operations
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends
