Job Profile: Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Support Staff member who will assist our users in resolving daily queries and ensuring smooth platform usage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle daily user queries via call, WhatsApp, and chat support
- Assist pharma retailers, suppliers, and companies in using ListApp services
- Update and maintain records in Excel sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction




- Support onboarding and basic product listing assistance

Required Skills :

- Basic computer knowledge
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable communicating with pharma suppliers and companies
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
- Problem-solving attitude and patience
- Ability to manage multiple queries efficiently

Eligibility :

- Graduate (Any stream) preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in pharma industry or customer support is an added advantage
