Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and skilled manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests as per hotel standards
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist guests with menu selection and provide recommendations when required
- Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Clear tables and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Maintain inventory of service items like cutlery, crockery, and glassware
- Follow all hotel policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)




- Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests

Working Conditions :

- Accommodation and meals will be provided by the hotel
- Rotational shifts may be required
- Weekly off as per hotel policy

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
