Position Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead the overall sales, corporate business development, trainer network expansion, and strategic growth operations from the Hyderabad office.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development**
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for training and certification programs
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Generate leads for corporate training, safety programs, ESG training, IOSH, Qualifi, ESC, ACS-GP, and IBOSD courses
- Build relationships with industries, corporates, institutions, and training partners

Corporate Relations

- Approach companies for:

- corporate training,

- safety training,

- ESG awareness,

- competency development,

- free skill diagnostic assessments,

- audits and consultancy services

- Conduct presentations and business meetings with HR, HSE, L&D;, and management teams

Team Supervision

- Supervise Business Development Executives (BDEs), telecallers, and marketing coordinators
- Monitor sales performance and conversion rates
- Ensure proper lead follow-up and CRM management
- Conduct weekly sales review meetings

Outreach Trainer & ATP Development

- Recruit and coordinate outreach trainers across India
- Identify and develop Authorized Training Providers (ATPs)
- Support trainer onboarding and partnership development





Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate with digital marketing and social media teams
- Support webinar campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Assist in branding and market expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred

- MBA / Marketing qualification preferred

- Minimum 5 years of experience in:

- training industry,

- education sales,

- corporate business development,

- industrial training,

- safety training,

- consultancy sales,

- or related sectors

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Knowledge of corporate sales processes
- Ability to travel when required
