We are looking for a smart and creative Growth Marketing Specialist who can help build and manage our online presence, generate business leads, and support marketing for our accounting, tax, bookkeeping, staffing, and financial services businesses.

This role is not only about posting on social media. We need someone who can work on website improvements, SEO, Instagram, Facebook, Meta ads, LinkedIn outreach, AI SEO, AI videos, and creative marketing ideas to help generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities :

- Improve and update company websites and landing pages

- Work on SEO for Google ranking

- Work on AI SEO / ChatGPT search / Google AI visibility :

- Create Instagram posts, reels, stories, and captions

- Create Facebook posts and business page content

- Plan and manage Meta ads for lead generation

- Create ad copy, headlines, creatives, and lead forms

- Build LinkedIn connections with business owners and professionals

- Send LinkedIn outreach messages and follow-ups

- Create AI videos, short videos, reels, and creative content





- Suggest current marketing ideas to generate leads

- Track leads, campaigns, cost per lead, and conversion results

- Prepare weekly marketing reports

- Coordinate with the business owner and sales team

Pay: ₹384,510.25 - ₹1,659,867.32 per year
