Job Role

We are looking for a Team Leader who can drive sales performance while managing and guiding both Sales Counsellors and Customer Care Executives .

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

- Manage, guide, and monitor Sales and Customer Care teams.
- Assign daily tasks, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Handle high-value or critical leads personally and close enrollments.
- Support team members in conversions and objection handling.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Improve team conversion rates through training and monitoring.

Customer Handling & Support

- Oversee the complete customer journey from lead to program completion.
- Ensure proper counselling and guidance is provided to customers.
- Resolve escalations and provide solutions for customer concerns.




- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Process & CRM Management

- Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in CRM.
- Monitor follow-ups, lead status, and customer progress updates.
- Maintain discipline in process adherence across teams.

Cross-Team Coordination

- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and coaching teams.
- Ensure smooth lead flow and customer experience.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales + Customer Handling/Support roles :

- Prior experience in team handling or leadership role is mandatory :

- Strong communication, counselling, and convincing skills

- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets

- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Experience in CRM handling and sales tracking

- Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

- Interest in wellness industry is a plus
