Make Outbound Calls - Contact potential or existing customers to promote products or services.

- Handle Inbound Calls - Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain Products/Services - Clearly describe features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Generate Leads - Identify interested prospects and collect relevant details.
- Follow Up with Customers - Call back customers for feedback, reminders, or closing sales.
- Maintain Customer Records - Update call logs and customer information in the system.
- Resolve Customer Queries - Address complaints or issues politely and effectively.
- Achieve Sales Targets - Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance goals.
- Build Customer Relationships - Maintain a positive and qualified attitude to retain clients.
- Report to Supervisor - Share call reports, feedback, and performance updates regularly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
