Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups :

- Inform customers about overdue bills, or outstanding balances :

- Negotiate and set up payment plans or settlement options :

- Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system :

- Handle customer queries related to billing and payment issues :

- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts/sales) for dispute resolution :

- Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly collection targets : Skills Required :

- Positive communication and negotiation skills :

- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers :

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM tools) :

- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills :

- Time management and target-oriented mindset

Qualification & Experience :

- Minimum :12th Pass / Graduate :

- Experience :3 to 5 years :

- Prior experience in collections/telecalling is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
