JOB Details

- Experience in implant / onsite role preferred
- Solid knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo preferred)
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Handle domestic and international ticketing, including complex itineraries
- Manage end-to-end travel services - hotels, cabs, visa coordination, and related requirements
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all client travel needs
- Provide cost-effective travel solutions in line with client policies
- Guide travellers on best routing, fares, and options
- Ensure high service standards, accuracy, and adherence to TAT
- Handle VIP / key corporate clients with strong ownership
- Ensure timely billing, refunds, and process compliance
