We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person to manage complete nursery operations .

Key Responsibilities : Plant Care & Maintenance

- Watering, pruning, repotting, and general plant care
- Maintaining plant health and nursery cleanliness

Packing & Dispatch

- Packing plants for customer orders
- Preparing plants for transport and delivery
- Loading/unloading when required

Admin Work

- Maintain basic stock records of plants and materials
- Handle straightforward billing / order records (basic Excel/phone use)
- Manage customer orders (phone/WhatsApp)

Landscaping Work

- Assist in basic landscaping projects
- Knowledge of plant placement, soil, and garden setup preferred
- Visit sites if required

Customer Handling

- Assist walk-in customers
- Help customers select plants
- Maintain proper display of nursery

Requirements :

- Interest or experience in plants / gardening / nursery / farming :





- Basic knowledge of landscaping preferred :

- Ability to handle both physical work and basic admin tasks :

- Honest, responsible, and long-term mindset

- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors

Qualification :

- No strict qualification required
- Basic education preferred

Salary & Benefits :

- ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance-based increment

Working Hours :

- 8-10 hours daily
- Weekly off

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,617.35 - ₹26,925.41 per month
