Key Requirements
- 8-12 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) is mandatory.
- Develop and optimize customer journeys, campaign automation, and real-time personalization strategies.
- Hands-on expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, APIs, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Collaborate directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of customer engagement, marketing automation,
customer lifecycle management, and omnichannel marketing.
- Self-driven Individual Contributor with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and delivery-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
