Job Summary : We are hiring dedicated Collection Executives (Assamese Language) to support our collection campaign. The role involves interacting with customers over calls to recover outstanding payments while ensuring a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle outbound collection calls to customers with pending payments.
- Communicate fluently in Assamese to ensure clear and effective conversations.
- Follow up regularly to achieve collection targets.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved or critical cases to supervisors.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Language Requirement :
Fluency in Assamese (mandatory).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Experience :
- 0-2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer support.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
