Job Title: Telecaller

Location : Patna Department : Sales / Customer Support Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and convert them into admissions/sales.
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales and admin team for smooth operations.

Requirements :

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
- Ability to convince and handle customers politely.
