Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
- Explain Markvibe’s digital marketing services clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update call records in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.





Requirements :

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in [mention required languages, e.g., English/Hindi].
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
