Key Responsibilities :

- Process daily trade files and contract notes .
- Perform trade confirmation and reconciliation with exchange reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports .
- Maintain client ledger and fund reconciliation .
- Coordinate with the trading desk, RMS team, and accounts department .
- Handle pay-in and pay-out of funds and securities .

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of stock market operations :

- Familiarity with back-office software (e.g., ODIN, NEST, or similar systems) :

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation management :

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

- Graduate (B. Com / BBA / Any Commerce background preferred)

Experience

- 2 - 5 years ’ experience in stock broking back office or financial services operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
