An E-commerce Executive manages a company’s online sales channels, including websites and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), to drive revenue and improve customer experience. Key responsibilities involve managing product listings, optimizing site content (SEO), monitoring inventory, executing digital campaigns, and analyzing sales metrics to meet growth targets. Key Responsibilities

- Data Mining: Searching Data For Vendor Developments, Vendor Communication, Vendor Verification
- Operations & Listing Management : Manage daily e-commerce operations, listing new products, updating content, and ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and imagery.
- Order Fulfillment : Coordinate with logistics to process orders, manage stock levels, handle returns, and minimize RTO (Return to Origin).
- Digital Marketing & Sales Optimization : Execute promotional campaigns, manage SEO/SEM, and optimize product visibility to increase traffic and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting : Analyze sales data, website performance,



and competitor activities to generate insights and improve sales performance.
- Customer Support : Address customer queries related to online purchases, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills : Experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and Marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in Google Analytics and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Marketing Knowledge : Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content management systems (CMS).
- Core Competencies : Excellent attention to detail, robust communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
