Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in transport and logistics services.
- Visit clients regularly to promote transportation solutions.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize transport contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for timely vehicle placement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up from customers.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Knowledge of transport, logistics, or fleet operations.
- Positive customer handling and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Good market networking skills.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in transport, logistics, or freight sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.

Preferred Requirements

- Knowledge of local transport market and routes.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
