Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare GST / Non-GST invoices for customers
- Operate billing software and update invoices on time
- Handle cash / card / UPI payments
- Maintain daily billing records and documentation
- Assist customers during the billing process
- Support rate checking and stock-related queries
- End-of-day cash and bill reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and company billing policies compliance

Required Skills :

- Tally knowledge is must :

- Good numerical and typing ability

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Responsible and disciplined work behavior

Qualification :

- Computer knowledge is mandatory
- GST billing experience preferred
