Business Development Associate (B2B Sales - Industrial/Bearings)

Location: Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi

Salary : Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 1-2 Years (Preferably in B2B / Industrial / Engineering Sales)

About the Company

We are a growing bearing manufacturing company, supplying high-quality industrial bearings to various manufacturing and engineering industries. With a focus on quality and long-term client relationships, we are expanding our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold and warm calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Promote company’s bearing products to manufacturing units and industrial buyers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from allotted accounts.




- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial products / bearings / mechanical components is preferred.
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to consistently achieve goals.
- Good follow-up skills and strong customer handling ability.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales preferred.
