Solar Oorja Renewables is hiring energetic and hardworking freshers for Field Sales in the solar EPC sector (Residential & Commercial).

If you are confident, ready to work on the ground, and want to build a career in renewable energy sales, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

- Door-to-door canvassing in societies and industrial areas in Greater Noida
- Setting up promotional stalls in societies, markets, and local events
- Generating leads for residential and commercial solar installations
- Explaining solar benefits, government subsidy, and electricity savings to customers
- Collecting customer details and regular follow-ups
- Visiting factories and commercial units for solar proposals
- Coordinating with the technical team for site surveys
- Achieving monthly sales targets




- Maintaining daily activity and lead reports
- Building relationships with RWAs and society management
- Attending weekly sales meetings and product training

Requirements :

- Fresher can apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Confident and presentable personality
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
