Butterfly International is a large and up-to-date roof tiles manufacturer and supplier in Asia, With quality and trust at our core, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and architecture industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and dealers.
- Generate and follow up on leads to meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Keep track of showroom stock and coordinate with backend teams for timely replenishment.
- Maintain proper records of stock movement, sales,



and customer requirements.
- Stay updated with ongoing sales strategies and promotions.
- Share insights and customer feedback with management for improving sales approaches.
- Submit periodic reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in business development or sales (experience in roofing, tiles, or construction industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong networking ability and confidence to build client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Driving License (LMV)
- Open to travel across the state as per sales requirements.
- Self-driven, energetic, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable using MS Office and basic sales software/tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
