Field Visits & Recovery: Conducting daily field visits to delinquent customers, guarantors, and references for on-time payment collection. Customer Interaction: Regularly contacting and interacting with delinquent customers to identify reasons for default and negotiate repayment plans. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation for all assigned cases, including updating recent contact details and reporting daily activities to management.
