We are looking for a responsible Branch In-Charge to manage the overall operations of our Latur branch. The role involves handling sales, team management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel/student accommodation business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Manage and guide on-ground team members
- Build and maintain relationships with coaching institutes, schools, and local contacts
- Handle student and parent queries professionally
- Ensure proper maintenance and occupancy of hostel facilities
- Share regular updates and reports with management

Requirements :

- Graduation required (MBA preferred)
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, operations, or branch handling
- Valuable leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently
- Experience in education, hostel, or service industry is a plus
- Knowledge of local market preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
