We are fast-growing social media marketing agency based in Patna, Bihar. We help businesses across healthcare, education, real estate, and retail grow their brand and generate leads through data-driven social media strategies. We are building an ambitious sales team and are looking for energetic, target-driven Marketing Executives to grow with us.

Role overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our services to potential clients, and closing deals. This is a high-energy, client-facing sales role with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients in Patna and surrounding areas
- Make outbound calls, send WhatsApp messages, and set up face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Present and pitch our packages clearly and confidently
- Achieve monthly sales targets of 8-12 recent client closures
- Maintain an updated CRM/pipeline tracker with all leads and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with clients and coordinate with the delivery team post-onboarding
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to improve pitching and targeting
- Attend team meetings and training sessions





Requirements :

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Willingness to do field visits and client meetings in Patna
- Own two-wheeler (or ability to commute independently)
- Preferred Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (any industry)
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA preferred

What we offer

- Fixed salary: ₹12,000-₹20,000/month based on experience
- Uncapped commission: ₹3,000-₹10,000 per client closed (slab-based, higher closures = higher rate)
- Travel allowance: ₹2,000-₹3,000/month
