- Develop BIM Execution plan, BIM Management Plan, QC policies, project standards independently or with the assistance of BIM manager.
- Preparation of Revit families & updating in modelling database.
- Proficient in BIM modelling as well as QC of models.
- Expertize in clash detection using Navis manage.
- Ability to independently manage project coordination in BIM 360 & BIM 360 Docs.
- Manage revisions & history of changes to models.
- Experience in modelling with LoD 300-500 Models & working knowledge of all disciplines with expertise in one or two systems.
- Knowledge in preparation of Project Simulation Report.
- Knowledge in MEPF - Design.
- Experience in Client Meeting for Technical knowledge of transfer/communication.

Qualification B.E. ( Mechanical/Electrical) D.M.E/D.E.E (Mechanical/Electrical)
Desired Profile :Working experience large scale BIM projects of & involved in a modelling / coordination role from an engineering services company
Software Skills :AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Navis Manage, Bim 360.
