Role Description

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters to produce engaging visuals and captions
- Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and engaging
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and DM responses
- Support influencer outreach and collaborations as needed
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes

Requirements :

- 2+ years of proven experience managing brand social media accounts (in-house or agency)
- Strong grasp of platform-specific best practices (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)




- Excellent written English and eye for design and brand voice
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar
- Creative thinker who can generate ideas independently and run with them
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry or hospitality sector

Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels or TikTok)

Salary

- 25,000 to 35,000 PM
