Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sales of the company
- Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of company targets
- Handle client relationships and key business partnerships
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, HR, and accounts departments
- Ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities
- Prepare business reports and present performance updates to management
- Maintain company policies, discipline,



and operational standards

Requirements :

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple departments and operations
- Target-oriented with robust business development knowledge

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
