Responsibilities

- Online and Offline Sales and related business growth
- Visiting all present stores and check operations
- First level management of retail sales executives and their grooming, punctuality etc
- Opening & Closing of Store
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customer's questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Achieve assigned Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Sales Targets
- Upkeep of stores
- Delivering goods to the customers
- Maintain in-stock, cash & company assets
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Stay up-to-date with recent products/services and competitors
- Comply with inventory control procedures

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
