Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

- Generate patient referrals through doctors, clinics, corporate companies, TPAs, and insurance providers
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners
- Achieve monthly and annual patient acquisition and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and service lines

Marketing Activities

- Plan and execute hospital marketing campaigns (OPD promotion, specialty clinics, health camps)
- Coordinate outreach programs, medical camps, CMEs, and corporate health checkups
- Support digital marketing initiatives (social media promotions, online listings, hospital website updates)
- Assist in branding activities including banners, brochures, hoardings, and presentations

Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups

- Develop corporate tie-ups for employee health checkups
- Liaise with insurance companies and TPAs for empanelment and renewals
- Promote hospital packages and preventive health checkups

Market Intelligence & Reporting

- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track conversion ratios and campaign effectiveness




- Collect patient and referrer feedback for service improvement

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors, front office, billing, and management for smooth patient handling
- Ensure proper communication of promotional offers to hospital staff

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital services and healthcare marketing
- Negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Life Sciences (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (freshers with aptitude may apply)

Preferred Background :

- Experience in hospital marketing, diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare sales
- Local market knowledge and doctor network will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
